Presentation Guidelines

As the conference date gets closer, we will post specific guidelines for presentations (e.g. speaking time and PowerPoint guidelines for oral presentations and formatting guidelines for posters presentations). Please check back on the website if your abstract has been accepted.

Below are general descriptions to help you determine the type of presentation that is appropriate for your research.

Oral Presentations
In general, oral presentations are for completed studies. Oral presentations will involve authors presenting papers for discussion. Please note that only one author per abstract will be allowed to present at the conference.

Poster Presentations
Poster presentations tend to feature research that is not yet completed or is a work in progress. Poster presentations offer a visual summary of the research or innovation to conference delegates. Please note that all posters will be presented as E-Posters (electronic posters), not physical posters. The conference program will include allocated time for poster viewing, as well as designated times for presenters to make themselves available to discuss their work with conference delegates one-to-one. Information on the posters should be presented in an intuitive and accessible manner that allows delegates to navigate the material independently and subsequently engage in dialogue.
