Important Dates

Please register for the conference using the online registration system on the conference website. All participants must register online. We do not accept registration by email, fax, or postal mail.

Conference registration covers attendance to all plenaries and workshops from September 4 to 6, conference package, refreshments and lunch for the duration of the event, as well as entrance to the conference reception.

Group of 10 or more will receive 1 free registration, however, all members of the group must be registered at the same time, and payment must be made immediately. For group registration inquiries, please contact us at register@healthrecalibration2024.com.

To qualify for the student rate, you will need to provide proof of student status. The status has to be valid during the whole conference period.

Fees

As part of the registration process, you will be invited to create a username and password. This will allow you to log into the conference website and to download letters of invitation and your receipt of payment. Please note that we will only accept registration online and that a credit card is required for payment. Thai participants will have the additional option to pay via bank transfer.

Interbank transfers within Thailand are available for Thai participants only. We regret that we cannot accept any international bank transfers.

Confirmation

Cancellation Policy

We will refund 50% of the registration fee for any cancellations made before 30 June 2024 (GMT+7). Refunds will not be available for any cancellations received on or after 30 June 2024.
